Some basic types of insurance are listed below.
Auto Insurance - Auto insurance covers the risks associated with owning and operating a car or other vehicle (accidents, etc.) There are several different parts of basic auto insurance. Collision coverage pays for damage to your vehicle as a result of an accident. Comprehensive coverage pays for damage to property from other causes of damage, for example: damage from a hail storm or fire. Liability coverage pays for damage caused by your vehicle to property belonging to others. Bodily injury coverage, obviously, pays for injuries suffered by persons hurt by your vehicle.
Life Insurance - Life insurance protects a family from loss of income when a wage-earner dies.
Health Insurance - Health insurance helps to cover medical expenses which are related to injuries or diseases.
Property Insurance - Property insurance protects you from risks associated with owning a home and other material possessions.
